We will feature a new recipe each week that students will prepare and eat together. This class is open to ACES students in grades 4-6. Thanks to tax credit donations, tuition is FREE!

⏰ 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM

Classroom Visit: Drop off school supplies and meet your student’s teacher!

MPR: Head over to the MPR to pick up AASA test scores, connect with our PTG, chat with Kitchen Staff about lunch options, check bus details with Transportation, and get info on before/after school care with BRIDGE! Meet ACE! ACE the Coyote will be in the MPR! Be sure to stop by, say hi, and snap a picture! 📸🐺

Make sure to stop by the Library to visit with our Specialist! If you have any questions or just want to say hi! They would love to see you!

💡 Quick Reminders for a Safe & Successful Year:

Tech Policy: No phones or smart watches during the school day—they must be turned off and stored in backpacks.

Water ONLY in water bottles, please!
(No sodas or juice to avoid sticky messes!)

Toys: Please keep all toys safely at home.

Safe Shoes: Shoes must have backs—no slides or flip-flops allowed.

Hello ACES Families!

Teacher Meet & Greet / Supply Drop-Off
Wednesday, July 29
8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Come meet your teacher, visit your classroom, and get excited for the first day of school! If you've already purchased school supplies, you're welcome to bring them and leave them in your child's classroom. Don't worry if you don't have supplies, you do not need them to attend! We would love to see everyone there.

While you're on campus, be sure to stop by the MPR, where you'll find information tables from:
PTG (Parent Teacher Group)
Transportation
Kitchen Services
BRIDGE (Before & After School Care)

And don't forget to say hello to ACE the Coyote! He'll be there to welcome families and pose for photos to help kick off the new school year!

Need a morning pick-me-up? A coffee truck will be parked out front with beverages available for purchase.

First Day of School
Thursday, July 30
Gates Open: 7:45 a.m.
School Begins: 8:10 a.m.
First-Day Dismissal: 1:15 p.m.

Please note: The 1:15 p.m. dismissal time is for the first day of school only.

We are so excited to welcome both our returning families and those joining ACES for the very first time. It's going to be an incredible year filled with learning, friendships, and fun. We can't wait to see everyone back on campus!

You will find this by login into your ParentVUE account, selecting the Online Registration Button in the top-right corner, and then selecting the first option that says Annual Back to School Registration. Do not click any other options.
