We're looking forward to a safe and smooth school year! As a quick reminder, here are the routines for morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, with a focus on our "Park and Walk Up" area.
Morning Drop-Off
Students can arrive on campus starting at 7:45 a.m. We strongly encourage you to use the car drop-off lane on the east side of campus (near the field). This is the safest and most efficient option.
If you prefer to park and walk your child to the school, be sure to:
Park in a designated parking spot (not in any red curb zones)
Walk with your child into school. This is not a pull-up and drop-off area.
Afternoon Pick-Up
We encourage all families to use either the car pick-up lane or bus transportation to help us keep our dismissal safe and organized.
Car Pick-Up Lane:
All car pick-ups will take place in the regular pick-up lane on the east side of campus.
To make the process efficient, please place a sign with your student's first and last name on your dashboard.
For safety, all students must enter the vehicle on the passenger side.
Please stay in a single lane and remain patient, especially during the first few weeks, as we all get into a routine.
Park and Walk Up:
If you choose to park and walk up, be sure to:
Park the car and walk up to meet your child at the kindergarten gate.
This is not a drive-up and pick-up area
Students may not exit the gate near the MPR or the Office.
In addition to our staff, our school safety officer will be enforcing our daily arrival and dismissal procedures.
Thank you for your help in keeping our school community safe!

Our campus was buzzing with energy as students walked in ready to Learn, Grow, and Succeed. From cheerful reunions to first-day jitters, the first two days were filled with joy, excitement, and all the promise a new year brings.
We can’t wait to see all the growth and accomplishments ahead.

Each school year, we begin by reviewing our school-wide expectations to ensure a positive environment for all. At ACES, we focus on being Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Kind across campus.
Additionally, we want to remind families that cell phones and smartwatches should not be seen or heard at any time during the school day. We strongly encourage students to leave these items at home, as the school is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged devices. If a phone or smartwatch is seen or heard, it will be taken to the office and held there until a parent or guardian is able to pick it up.
Thank you for your support in helping us create a focused and respectful environment for our
students!
It is going to be an incredible year filled with fun and learning!
