District Resident Information

Students enrolling who live within the Tanque Verde Unified School District:

If you live/move into our district, please call the school registrar to receive instructions on how to enroll your student. Check the school website for office hours and information.

Be sure to bring all required documents and forms at the time of your enrollment to prevent any delays. When enrolling you will need to bring the following with you:

1. Certified copy of Birth Certificate

2. Proof of Immunization Records

3. Parent/Guardian State Issued ID (i.e.: AZ Drivers License)

4. Proof of District Residence (i.e.: Tax card, Closing or Rental Papers)

5. Proof of Arizona Residence (i.e.: AZ Drivers License, Utility Bill)

6. Withdrawal paperwork from previous school

When the enrollment form(s) have been completed, and all supporting documentation has been verified, further registration information will be provided by the schools registrar.
